With more than twenty
years of information management and Internet experience, she has
an extensive knowledge of business and consumer applications,
Intranet and new technology applications. Her enthusiastic presentation
style cuts through all the jargon to empower delegates with a
can-do confidence that makes even complex and sophisticated
concepts easy to understand.
Susan has a BA in Political
Science, and an MSc in Information Science from Drexel University,
and is Chartered Member of the Institute of Library and Information
Professionals. With more than 20 years of information management

She has experience
in advising high growth start-up companies with particular experience
in the development and marketing of new online technologies. She
has strategic and hands-on experience of customer relationship
management applications and processes, and information management
and retrieval techniques.
Previously, Susan worked
at British Telecom where she was responsible for developing Internet
solutions for BT's small to medium size business customers. Susan's
initial interest in the Internet and electronic commerce arose
from her teaching and research role as a Senior Lecturer in Information
Technology at The Nottingham Trent University, where she continues
to guest lecture.
