Who delivers the SEO Training Course and what are your qualifications?
Hallam Communications Ltd have delivered high quality Internet and web marketing courses since 1993, and Managing Director Susan Hallam will be teaching this event. We have taught literally thousands of delegates in a range of Internet skills. Susan's qualifications can be seen on our About Us page.

How many people will be there?
That really depends on the numbers of people booking, but our courses are designed for small groups to allow for discussion and personal attention. Our maximum number of delegates is 32, but typically we have 10 to 15 people attending.

What materials will participants receive?
During the workshop you will have a comprehensive set of course notes, and after the workshop you will have access to our website with links to all the materials taught in the course.

There are several people from my company who want to come to the workshop. Can we get a discount?
Because we limit enrollment to a small group size we do not offer discounts. Alternatively, this workshop is available as an in-house training day, so why not let us bring the seminar to you? Up to 10 people can benefit from an in-house seminar per day at a cost of £2,250 per day, reducing the daily delegate rate to just £225, and eliminating the cost of your travel expenses.

Can I cancel my registration and get a refund, if needed?
Because our enrollment is limited, and because our expenses still must be met no matter how many delegates we have attending, we don't offer refunds for cancellations. However, you may transfer your registration to another person at any time, just let us know the details in writing.

What does the course price include?
The course fee covers the cost of the workshop, buffet lunch, mineral water, and teas and coffees.. You are responsible for any other expenses you may incur.

How do I book my place?
We accept bookings via email. Please provide us with your name, company name and address, and email details. We will send you a VAT invoice with your confirmation. Payment can be made by cheque, BACS fund transfer, or credit card.

What format will the day take?
We hope for a lot of interaction and discussion on the day, but how much you choose to participate is entirely up to you. You are very welcome to ask questions throughout the day. If you have a specific question or want to clarify something your course tutor is available during breaks, at lunch time, or after the seminar has finished.

Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, all delegates receive a Certificate of Attendance following completion of the seminar.
